This is the sentence I hear most often from couples planning a micro-wedding. And they’re partly right: for an afternoon wedding with 20-40 guests, you don’t need a classic showman-style MC who works a crowd, runs games, and keeps the party going until dawn.
What you do desperately need, though, is an experienced Host. Just think about it:

- Who tells the photographer the cake is coming in 5 minutes, and tells the caterer exactly where to wheel it in?

Pricing
The "Afternoon Host" Package
I created this service specifically for couples who don’t want a wedding party that lasts until dawn, but still insist on professional execution — all at a friendlier, optimized price.
What’s included in the package?
- Maximum guest count: Up to 40 people.
- Date: Monday through Thursday, or Sunday.
- Availability: A fixed, maximum 6-hour in-person presence (for example, 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM).
- Planning assistance: One thorough online consultation and the creation of a professional, customized “micro-timeline.”
- Guest coordination and Host role: Welcoming guests, subtly guiding the mood, precisely coordinating the various parts of the program, and games if desired.
- Vendor coordination: Liaising with the venue, catering, and photographer, so all you have to do is smile.
Extra Comfort Services (Optional)
Since a small wedding rarely needs completely separate vendors for every single service, I can make your day even more comfortable with the extras below — potentially saving you several hundred thousand forints:
- Smart Music Management: I take care of the processional music and the perfect background music during lunch/dinner with a professional, fitting Spotify playlist. (I provide my own premium active speaker, microphone, and mic stand.)
- Wedding Content Creation (UGC): Throughout the day, I use my phone to capture quality, raw behind-the-scenes videos and photos, delivered to you within 72 hours — so you’ll have something to share on social media right away!
- Ceremony Officiating: The most important moment of an intimate wedding is the vow exchange itself. At a small-scale event, listening to a stiff, assembly-line official text can feel especially out of place. Why settle for that when you could have a ceremony that’s truly all about you? If you book me as officiant alongside the host role, we take the comfort and intimacy of your day to a whole new level.

No problem at all! While small weddings tend to be shorter, if you’re having such a great time that you want to keep going, an hourly extension (25,000 HUF/hour) is available by prior arrangement.
This package has been specifically optimized for weekday and Sunday weddings. For Fridays and Saturdays, my full-scale MC service is available. (Off-season winter weekends, between late October and mid-April, may be an exception — let’s discuss it!)
Absolutely! Even without a hundred guests, sound can get lost very easily at an outdoor ceremony or on a restaurant terrace. I provide a professional microphone for the ceremony, toasts, and speeches, so even grandma sitting in the back row will hear every word perfectly. This means you won’t need to rent separate sound equipment.
At micro-weddings, we skip the train dance and the loud, crowd-moving activities, since intimacy takes center stage here. That said, if you’d like, I’m happy to work in some very gentle, conversation-sparking, or more elegant activities (like the classic shoe game or a personal quiz about the two of you) into the timeline. Everything is tailored to your wishes, with no mandatory elements.
