This is the most common thing I hear from couples planning a micro wedding. And to some extent, they're right: for a 20–40 guest afternoon wedding, you don't need a traditional showman-style wedding MC who entertains a crowd, runs games and keeps the party going until the early hours.
What you do need is an experienced host who can take care of the details.
- Who will prepare everything needed for the civil ceremony while your guests are arriving?
- Who will tell the photographer that the cake is coming in five minutes, and the catering team exactly where to bring it?
- Who will let your guests know when it's time to sit down for lunch or dinner?

With more than 350 successful weddings behind me, I know exactly what makes a wedding day work. Alongside the larger 60–150 guest celebrations, I've increasingly come to appreciate the unique magic of intimate 20–40 guest micro weddings.
There's no rush. No obligatory traditions. Just the people who matter most, quality time, great food and genuine moments. My role is to make sure these few hours truly feel like a premium experience — with a perfect flow and rhythm, without awkward silences or logistical hiccups, combining the structure of a traditional wedding timeline with the warmth of an intimate family celebration.

Personalised Wedding Timeline
Consultations and a detailed, minute-by-minute schedule that is also shared with your suppliers. Not a template: your day, your vision.
Monday to Thursday or Sunday
The package is specifically designed for weekday and Sunday weddings taking place between May and October.
Up to 6 Hours of On-Site Presence
Fixed, personal availability — for example, from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Planning Support
A thorough online consultation and the creation of a professional, customised micro wedding timeline.
Host Services
Welcoming and coordinating guests, gently moderating the atmosphere, keeping the programme running on time and, if requested, organising games.
Supplier Coordination
Liaising with the venue, catering team and photographer — so you can simply enjoy the day and smile.

Throughout the day, I'll use my phone to capture high-quality raw videos and photos behind the scenes. You'll receive them within 72 hours, so you'll immediately have content to share.

The exchange of vows is the most important moment of an intimate wedding. Why settle for a rigid, standardised official ceremony script? If you choose me as both your host and ceremony officiant, we can take the intimacy of your wedding day to a whole new level.

Questions couples often ask
What if the celebration lasts longer than 6 hours?
No problem! While smaller weddings are usually shorter, if you’re having such a great time that you’d like to keep going, you can extend my on-site presence at an hourly rate of HUF 25,000/hour, subject to prior agreement.
Is this package available on weekends (Friday and Saturday)?
This package is specifically designed for weekday and Sunday weddings. For Fridays and Saturdays, my full wedding MC service is available instead. An exception may be possible for off-season winter weekends between late October and mid-April — feel free to get in touch and we can discuss your date.
Do we really need a microphone for a 30-person wedding? Do you bring your own equipment?
Absolutely! Even with a smaller guest list, sound can easily get lost during an outdoor ceremony or on a restaurant terrace. I provide a professional microphone for the ceremony, toasts and speeches, so even your grandma sitting in the back row can hear every word perfectly. This also means you don’t need to rent separate sound equipment.
Will there be wedding games like at a traditional wedding reception?
At micro weddings, we leave behind the conga lines and loud, crowd-focused games, because the focus here is on intimacy and genuine connection. That said, if you’d like, we can include more subtle, conversation-starting or elegant activities — such as the classic shoe game or a personalised quiz about the two of you. Everything is tailored to your preferences, with no mandatory traditions or activities.
