So you don't have to be the project managers of your own wedding day.
A wedding involves dozens of things happening simultaneously. While each supplier focuses on their own area of expertise, someone needs to bring everything together into one smooth-running system. My job is to keep the schedule on track, coordinate everything happening behind the scenes, guide your guests and answer questions as they arise — so on your Big Day, you can be the couple celebrating, not the project managers running the event.

Ceremony & Guest Arrival
Welcoming and informing guests, coordinating the entrance, flower petal toss and congratulations — making sure everyone knows where to be and when.
Dinner, Speeches & Photography
Coordinating seating, meal timing, introducing speeches and toasts, managing the cake cutting and organising group photos. All with my own professional microphone, so everyone — including guests at the back — can hear every word.
Evening, Games & Atmosphere
As many games and activities as are appropriate and as you want. I help guide the party together with your DJ or music provider — not instead of them.
Supplier Coordination
Venue, catering, photographer, videographer, band/DJ, ceremony officiant — all communication is coordinated through one person on the wedding day.
Bilingual Hosting
For international guest groups, I host the wedding in Hungarian and English, so no one misses a moment.

Questions couples often ask
How Far in Advance Should We Book?
Around 80% of Friday and Saturday dates between May and October are usually booked by the end of the previous year. That said, feel free to get in touch with your date, and I’ll let you know whether I’m available.
How Long Do You Stay at the Wedding?
The full-day service covers everything from the first programme that needs coordinating — such as the church ceremony or guest arrival — through to the final scheduled programme of the day.
Do We Need a Microphone and Sound System?
I bring a professional microphone and powered speaker for the ceremony, group photos and speeches, so you don’t need to rent separate sound equipment.
How Many Wedding Games Will There Be?
Exactly as many as you want — and in the style that suits you. There are a few games that almost always work well, but nothing is mandatory.
Can You Host the Wedding in English Too?
Yes. With bilingual Hungarian–English hosting, international guests can follow everything that’s happening throughout the day.
Do You Also Host Smaller or Weekday Weddings?
